From March 13, 2026, to April 2, 2026, two doctoral students from the “8D03101 – Psychology” program completed an international research internship at the University of Leipzig (Germany).

 

The University of Leipzig, founded in 1409, is one of the oldest and most prestigious higher education institutions in Germany and Europe. The University of Leipzig is a modern institution with over 150 research institutes and centers, and offering approximately 190 degree programs. The University of Leipzig is renowned for its versatility, excelling equally in both the natural sciences and the humanities. The overseas internship of doctoral students Marhabat Amirbekovna Amirbekova and Meruert Berykovna Uakasova was conducted under the guidance of their international academic advisor, Doctor of Psychology, Professor Alena Ilyinichna Garber.

 

During the internship, the doctoral students conducted research as part of writing their doctoral dissertations, received guidance on their research work, attended classes and seminars led by leading professors, participated in scientific and methodological seminars, and familiarized themselves with the university’s library resources.
