Electronic library system of the publishing house “Yurayt”  —  it is a virtual reading room of textbooks and teaching aids from authors from leading universities in Russia in economic, legal, humanitarian, engineering and natural science areas and specialties.


Today the portfolio of the publishing house includes more than 7,500 titles. The University is subscribed for unlimited access to all books in EBS “Yurayt”, including new items and reprints. Yurayt is an electronic educational platform that makes it possible to create content for digital learning.


It is convenient for a teacher to form and fill his own individual bookshelf, to select books for students that have online testing. The platform allows the use of verification tests and audio materials. “Yurayt” conducts webinars for leading teachers to exchange experience, taking into account the new conditions of distance learning. You can participate in webinars in real time or use the recording.

The electronic library system “IPRbooks” is a reliable and useful resource for study and scientific research, combining the latest information technologies and educational licensed literature, designed for different areas of study.


EBS contains more than 120,000 publications, more than 35,000 educational and scientific papers in various disciplines, about 600 titles of Russian and foreign journals, most of which are included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission. For students with visual impairment or complete loss of it, we suggest using the solution of the IPR Media company in the field of adaptive technologies and gain access to a large audio collection of licensed educational, scientific, fiction and periodicals.

Scopus covers about 50 million publications / 21,000 titles / 5,000 publishers.

Scopus uses the latest high-tech tools to identify, analyze and present research literature.


Scopus indexes:


  • 400 titles of trade publications (“Trade Publications”)
  • 370 book series (continuing editions)
  • 5.5 million conference papers from conference proceedings and journals
  • Articles accepted for publication (“Articles-in-Press”) by over 3850 journals and publishing houses, including Cambridge University Press, Elsevier, Springer, Wiley-Blackwell, Nature Publishing Group and the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers)

The database contains about 50 million records:


  • 29 million records with links since 1995 (of which 84% include cited literature)
  • 21 million records from 1996 to 1823

Scoupus also covers 359 million scientific web pages indexed through Scirus and about 24 million patent records from five patent offices (US Patent & Trademark Office, European Patent Office, Japan Patent Office, World Intellectual Property Organization and the UK Intellectual Property Office ).


Access to the SCOPUS database is possible only from the IP-addresses of the University. 


SciVal helps you search, visualize and compare statistical information about research and researchers. On the portal, you can find information not only about the citation and rating of the publication, but also data on the economic, social and scientific impact of a country, educational institution, research group or individual author. In the portal database of more than 4600 research organizations, about 53 million records with time coverage from 1970 to 2018. Thanks to the analytical forecasting system SciVal shows potential statistics for the current year.


Daily update of the database allows you to generate complete and most reliable information about current trends in various fields of science. In addition, the obtained analytical and statistical information, in graphic or text form, can be grouped, compared with other collections and the resulting result can be converted into a single file (pdf, xls, docx, jpeg format).


The SciVal portal is integrated into the scientometric Scopus database, which allows you to combine the obtained search results directly, without additional registration.

Elsevier is the leading information platform for scientists, educators, students, medical professionals and R&D departments of industrial enterprises, which contains 25% of the world’s scientific publications. The ScienceDirect multidisciplinary platform provides comprehensive coverage of literature from all fields of science, providing access to more than 14 million publications from 2,500 scientific journals and more than 37,000 books from Elsevier, as well as a huge number of journals published by prestigious scientific communities. In addition to state-of-the-art data retrieval and retrieval tools, ScienceDirect contains audio / video content and datasets from a variety of external sources.

Web of Science is a search platform that brings together abstract databases of publications in scientific journals and patents, including databases that take into account mutual citation of publications, developed and provided by Clarivate Analytics.


Clarivate Analytics’ analytical and citation database of journal articles contains the following information:


  • Science Citation Index Expanded (base on natural sciences) – more than 1700 journals
  • Social Sciences Citation Index (base for social sciences) in sociological disciplines – more than 2100 journals
  • Arts and Humanities Citation Index (arts and humanities) – more than 1300 journals
  • Conference Proceedings Citation Index (index of proceedings of scientific conferences, symposia, seminars, colloquia, congresses, etc.) – more than 400,000 entries, covers more than 12,000 events
  • Book Citation Index – more than 60,000 titles
  • Journal and Highly Cited Data Module

These resources do not contain the full texts of articles, but include lists of all bibliographic references found in each publication, which allows you to quickly get the most complete bibliography on the topic of interest.
