Teaching staff of the department “Business Administration”

Doctor of Economics, Professor, Full Member, Academician of the International Academy of Eurasia, awarded the Medal of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “For Merit in the Development of Science” in 2010, head of scientific projects, business coach, author of more than 75 scientific articles. For Business Administration students she reads lectures and conducts practical classes in the following courses: Effective Skills of a Modern Leader.

Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Higher Attestation Commission, has over 35 years of experience. She was awarded a medal for the “25th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in 2016. Has been participating as a supervisor of master’s theses for 20 years. For Business Administration students she reads lectures and conducts practical classes in the following courses: Research Methodology, Effective Leadership Skills, Leadership and Ethics.

Candidate of Economic Sciences, Professor. She has extensive experience in the Kazakh system of Higher Education from a teacher to a Vice-Rector For Science. She participated in the development of business education as the dean of the MBA program, director of the Master programs of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Has practical experience in business consulting, and also acts as an expert in the work of the RFCA Rating Agency, IAAR, JSC National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise. She has more than 50 scientific publications, including monographs, textbooks, scientific articles in the field of Economics and Management.
