In 2025, Turan University was placed in the 1001–1500 rank band of the THE Impact Rankings for Sustainable Development.

These results demonstrate the university’s systematic work to implement the UN Agenda for Sustainable Development and strengthen Turan’s international reputation.
According to QS World University Rankings: Asia 2026, Turan University ranked 59th in the Asia and Central Asia region and entered the 1001–1100 group of Asia’s top universities.
The achieved indicators confirm the university’s sustainable development, growth in academic potential, and strengthening of its international standing.
In this regard, the head of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sayasat Nurbek sent an official congratulatory letter, noting Turan University’s contribution to the development of science and higher education, the enhancement of the country’s international academic reputation, and the creation of a favorable environment for young researchers.
The ranking results and the high appraisal from the relevant ministry confirm the effectiveness of the university’s development strategy.
