The Department of Marketing and Logistics organized a master class on the topic “Key leadership skills, leadership and business organization”.
The speaker of the master class was Zhagalbaylinov Kuat Bekenovich, Head of the Commerce Department, member of the Board of Directors of the Bahandi company.
The master class was held on April 7, 2022 (at 13.00 h.), students of the specialty “Marketing” and teachers of the University “Turan” took an active part in it.
The master class was organized within the framework of the topic “Brand Archetypes” in the discipline “Branding Management”.
During his speech, Zhagalbailinov Kuat Bekenovich acquainted the audience with the key aspects of leadership and leadership, the stages of achieving leadership by a person and a company, methods of honest and conscientious struggle for the share of his company in the market. Questions were raised about the importance or unimportance of leadership in the life of any person. The cases of both Kazakhstani and foreign brands that are considered leaders in the opinion of their customers were cited. The experience of the domestic company “Bahandi” was no exception.
Kuat Bekenovich also discussed with students the current trends of the foreign burger market, especially “In-N-Out Burger”, showed the difference between “brand of choice” and “top of mind”.
The master class was held in an interactive format, a lot of questions were asked by students and teachers.
