Master class on the topic “Modern trends and tools in personnel management”

For students of the educational program “Management”, a master class on the topic “Modern trends and tools in personnel management” was held by Anna Nikolaevna Pilyaeva, Director of the HR Department of Bank CenterCredit JSC. During the master class, issues of the new recruitment principle, the new role of HR, as well as the introduction of automated solutions were discussed. Anna Nikolaevna shared her opinion with students about the need to adapt to modern conditions and change the way of thinking of HR department heads and companies in general.
