The guest lecture by Boris Dedeshko, a famous Kazakh mountaineer, candidate master of sports, instructor and mountain guide

March 1, 2023 in the discipline «Tourist-sports training» for the first course of the ЕP «Tourism» was a guest lecture by the famous Kazakh alpinist, candidate master of sports, an instructor and mountain guide Dedeshko Boris.  The invited guest has rich experience of ascents on the highest peaks of Central Asia, Himalayas and Karakoram. He is the owner of the «Golden Ice-axe», the highest award in mountaineering.

At the meeting with the students Boris shared the rules of safety in mountain trekking, based on general rules and personal experience. The students had an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the peculiarities of their future professional activities.
