Educational litigation of the department “Jurisprudence and International Law”

As part of the scientific week on April 3, a training trial was held with the participation of 2nd year students of the OP “Jurisprudence” of the University “Turan”. According to predetermined roles, students acted as a judge, prosecutor and lawyer.

The purpose of this open lesson is to combine students’ theoretical knowledge with situations close to real experience. During the open lesson, each student-participant got acquainted with the skill of the rational application of legal norms, the skill of knowing the official legal language, and the prerequisites for holding a court session. In the preparation of future lawyers, such practical exercises are of great importance.
