IV International Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Problems of Law in the Post-Soviet Space”, dedicated to the memory of Professor A.F. Aubakirov”

On April 7, 2023, the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists “Modern Problems of Law in the Post-Soviet Space” dedicated to the memory of Professor A.F. Aubakirov” in the international video bridge mode. The conference was organized within the framework of the Week of Science by the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law with the assistance of the Research Institute of Law. Undergraduates and students from Russia and Belarus took part in the work of the scientific forum.

The head of the department “Jurisprudence and International Law”, candidate of legal sciences Aldabergenova N.A. made a welcoming speech. and Director of the Research Institute of Law, Honored Worker of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Retired Colonel of Justice Akimzhanov T.K.

At the conference, 27 reports of students and undergraduates of the University “Turan” were heard and discussed; Grodno State University named after Yanka Kupala (Republic of Belarus); State Humanitarian-Technological University of Orekhovo-Zuyevo (Russian Federation), Rostov Institute for the Protection of an Entrepreneur (Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation), North Caucasian Branch of the Federal State Institution of Higher Education “Russian State University of Justice”. (Krasnodar, Russian Federation).

The scientific reports present innovative approaches to improve the law-making, law enforcement practice of the countries participating in the conference.A comparative legal analysis of the legislative framework has been carried out. The discussion was aroused by the problematic issues of artificial intelligence, the criminalization of certain offenses, and the implementation of the principles of criminal justice.

The results of the scientific and practical conference of undergraduates and students showed the keen interest of modern youth in the problems of jurisprudence and pointed to the effectiveness of international cooperation in the field of law enforcement practice.
