Round table on the topic “New Kazakhstan, new Parliament” at the Department of “Jurisprudence and International Law”

On April 7, 2023, within the framework of the university-wide science week TURAN SCIENCE FORUM “Science, education and innovation in the conditions of transformational processes of society”, a round table was held at the “Turan” University at the department “Jurisprudence and International Law” on the topic “New Kazakhstan, new Parliament” . The round table was attended by teachers, doctoral students, undergraduates and students of the specialty “Jurisprudence”, as well as scientists from other universities in Almaty and neighboring countries.

Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department, Deputy Director of the Research Institute of Law, Chief Researcher of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhanuzakova L.T. made a report on the topic “Issues of the development of parliamentarism in the conditions of the” new “Kazakhstan”.

Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department Suleymanov A.F. made a report on the theme “Improving the institution of presidency in the light of the constitutional reforms of Kazakhstan.”

Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department Suleimenova S.Zh. in the report on the topic: “Ecological and legal principles of the principles of water legislation” emphasized the need to improve environmental legislation and as an integral part of water legislation.

Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department, Director of the Research Institute of Law, Honored Worker of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Retired Colonel of Justice Akimzhanov T.K. presented a report on the topic “Ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of convicted persons is an important task of the modern criminal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”
