Participation of the professor of the department of “Jurisprudence and IL” in the international scientific and practical conference

On November 23, 2023, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held an international scientific and practical conference on the topic: “Misconduct in the system of national legislation. Development of the concepts of criminal offense and administrative offense in the conditions of modern society.” The conference was attended by deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, domestic and foreign scientists. The director of the Research Institute of Law at the University of Turan, professor of the Department of Jurisprudence and IL, Akimzhanov Talgat Kurmanovich, took part from the University of Turan.
