Practical lesson on the topic “Digitization of legal activity” within the Winter School

February 1, 2024, as part of the Winter School “Innovative educational technologies in higher education as target indicators of the future”, organized by Turan University jointly with the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, teachers of the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law A practical lesson was held for students on the topic “Digitalization of legal activities.”

Professor of the department Alaeva G.T. gave the concept of the electronic service “Judicial Office”, explained the procedure for working with it when filing applications, petitions, and showed with a practical example the work of the web portal office.sud.kz.

Senior lecturer of the department Suleimenova N.O. spoke about the history of the development of the legal framework for digitalization of Kazakhstan, the transition from a digital government to a digital state, showed the basics of working with Electronic Government, and demonstrated with a practical example the process of obtaining an online service on the eGov web portal.

Also invited as speakers were practical workers M.M. Askarova, lawyer of the Almaty City Bar Association, and L.R. Alibekova, notary of Almaty. They explained the principles of working with the information system “Unified Information System of Legal Aid” (“E-Zan Komegi”), and the unified notary information system (E-Notary).
