International scientific and practical conference “Aubakirov Readings”

On February 19, 2024, the international scientific and practical conference “Aubakirov Readings” was held at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The conference was attended by Candidate of Legal Sciences, Professor of the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law at Turan University G.T. Alaeva on the topic “Risks of licensed forensic activities.” Also under the scientific guidance of G.T. Alaeva was presented by 1st year doctoral students of the specialty “Jurisprudence” G.M. Kalmyrza with a report “Forensic examination of trademarks”, S.B. Bakhyt with a report “Legal basis for the use of expert opinion in criminal proceedings.”
