Students of the educational program “Information systems” in the final of the International Black Sea Science 2024 competition

On March 25, 2024, 3rd year students of the educational program “Information Systems” took part in the final of the international student research competition Black Sea Science 2024.

The aim of the competition is to expand international relations and attract students to cooperation in scientific research. Participation in the competition is free. The competition is held by the Odessa National Technological University (ONTU, Ukraine) under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the international organization Black Sea Universities Network.

A team of 3 students Alimbekova Ayaulym, Gavrilova Anastasia and Kan Alexandr presented the work “DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPUTER-BASED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM ON THE SUBJECT “FUNDAMENTALS OF COMPUTER MODELING”” in the nomination “Information Technology, automation and robotics”.

The final of the competition was held in an online format, where the students presented their work in English and received a diploma of the III degree. Also, their work, as one of the best, was recommended for publication in the journal “Automation of technological and Business processes” (Ukraine).

The head of the team is PhD., associate professor of the Department of Information Technology Kim Yekaterina Romanovna.
