On October 31, 2024, the I International Student scientific and practical conference” actual problems of the development of modern public law “was held, organized by the Higher School of Law of Turan University together with the Ranhigs South Russian Institute of management under the president of the Russian Federation (Faculty of law), the Institute of law and national security and the Rostov branch Within the framework of the conference, the most important issues of Public national and international law were considered: human and civil rights and freedoms; improving the legal regulation of organizations and the functioning of Public Power; quality of life as a legal category, its foundations and possibilities of Legal Regulation. Students of the Higher School of law, the scientific club named after Professor A. F. Aubakirov took an active part in the conference, and the teaching staff of the school under the guidance of the director of the Higher School of Law K. A. Zhumabayeva was awarded letters of thanks.
