A Memorandum of Cooperation Signed Between Turan University and Khazar University

On March 5, 2025, as part of the visit of Vice-Rector for External Relations and Doctorate Professor Gulzhanat Zhubatkanovna Tayauova to the Republic of Azerbaijan, a memorandum of cooperation was signed in Baku between Turan University and Khazar University.

This memorandum is aimed at implementing joint research projects, exchange of experience between the teaching staff and a student academic mobility program.

Khazar University is the first University in Azerbaijan composed of multiple independent schools united by the same academic policy and principles, which offer a wide scope of diverse majors in Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Architecture, Engineering and Applied Sciences, Economics, Management and Business Administration, Education (khazar.org).
