On April 25, 2025, from 14.00 to 17.00 Astana time, the Higher School of Finance and Accounting of Turan University, together with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, will hold the III case championship on financial literacy “Finathlon” in an offline format

Registration of participants is open from April 10 to April 20, 2025. The case championship is aimed at improving the financial culture of young people and the formation of a financially literate person and society as a whole.

Participants are teams of 3 people studying at colleges in their final year of study in the fields of «Business and Management», «Finance», « Accounting and audit».

The championship is held in 3 rounds: the first round is a qualifying round, the second is a quiz “Finance IQ”, the third is a presentation of the solution of situational cases from business practitioners of the financial market of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the duration of the defense is no more than 3-5 minutes).

The winners are determined based on the total scores of the 2nd and 3rd rounds. Teams that take first, second and third places are awarded with Diplomas of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degrees, as well as valuable prizes and gifts.

All participants of the case championship receive certificates for participation.

Letters of thanks are provided to the scientific supervisors of the teams.
