Participation in the International Scientific and Practical Conference

On April 18–19, 2025, the International Scientific and Practical Conference titled “Contemporary Issues of Interaction Between State Authorities and Civil Society Institutions” was held at Narxoz University. Representing the Higher School of Law, Dr. Talgat Kurmanovich Akimzhanov — Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Worker of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honored Educator of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Director of the Research Institute of Law, and Professor at the Higher School of Law of Turan University — delivered a plenary report on the topic “The Need to Find New Ways to Counter Crime in the Modern Era with the Involvement of the Public.”
