Turan Film Academy students have won an impressive number of awards at the Baiqony International Film Festival

Students and graduates of the Turan Film Academy Higher School presented their films brilliantly at the X anniversary Baiqonyr International Film Festival, winning a number of impressive awards:

• Best cinematography – Eleazar Likhanov (for the film “Esimde”) – A.V. Kostylev’s workshop;
• Best Director and BankCenterCredit grant – Luisa Zaripova (for the film “Keeping Anonymous”) – workshop of A.S. Naizabekov;
• Special Jury Prize and a grant from Bank CenterCredit – Salimzhan Amir (for the film “Täwekel”) – workshop of D.S. Azimzhanov;
• NETPAC Jury prize and Bank CenterCredit grant – Anuarbek Khamitov (for the film “Ansar”) – workshop of A.T. Abdikov.
• Special jury pendant “Red Garnet” – Ulyana Kovatsenko (for the film “Kiyal”) – workshop of Ya.D. Alzhanova.
