Fundamentals of CBT – Cognitive Conceptualization: an educational seminar for master’s students of the Higher School of Psychology

On October 18–19, 2025, Turan University will host an educational seminar titled “Fundamentals of CBT: Cognitive Conceptualization.”

 

This two-day program will explore key components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, including cognitive conceptualization, belief categorization, Aaron Beck’s therapeutic approach, and techniques for identifying and transforming intermediate and core beliefs. A dedicated segment will focus on conceptualizing client strengths.

  • Guseinova Nina – Clinical Psychologist, CBT and EMDR Therapist, Brain Trainer, Specialist in Symbol Drama Therapy, Chair of the EACBT Almaty and Almaty Region.
