Modern Research in the Business Environment: Resilience, Engagement, Managerial Competencies, and Corporate Culture

On October 31, 2025, the Graduate School of Business at Turan University held an online methodological seminar titled “Modern Research in the Business Environment: Resilience, Engagement, Managerial Competencies, and Corporate Culture.”

The speaker was Dana Ferber, Director of Human Factor Consulting LLC, business trainer, HR and strategic development consultant, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Pleyy Group (FinTech, GameDev).

The seminar discussed current approaches to developing managerial competencies, shaping corporate culture, and enhancing organizational resilience in a rapidly changing business environment. Participants received practical recommendations on applying modern HR tools and fostering employee engagement.

The event was organized under the leadership of N.A. Aldabergenov, Director of the Graduate School of Business. The seminar was part of a series of methodological meetings aimed at improving faculty professional competence and strengthening the link between academia and business practice.
