Development of Key Student Competencies: The Topic of “Time Management”
As part of a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening students’ practical skills and leadership qualities, a specialized master class on the topic “Time Management” was held at “Turan” University.

The organizers of this event were the Centras company, as well as the Higher School of Economics and Management and the Career and Leadership Center of “Turan” University.

The speaker of the master class was ELLA KREMER, a recognized international certified business trainer and coach, who possesses extensive expertise in the field of corporate training and development:

- Experience in Training: 10 years.
- Training Experience: Over 500 conducted training sessions.
- Author’s Programs: Creator of 20+ soft skills trainings and 50+ hard skills training programs.
- Corporate Projects: Curator of Centras Academy, author of the «Kommesk Higher School of Leadership» program, lead trainer for the Centras Leadership Program, and author of the WinCent corporate board game.

During the master class, students were introduced to modern methods of effective planning, prioritizing, and combating procrastination. E.
