V International Online Olympiad in Financial Development and Digital Transformation “FINVISION 2025”
On November 28, 2025, the Higher School of Finance and Accounting of the Faculty of Economics at Turan University held the traditional V International Online Olympiad “FINVISION 2025” for students of the Finance and Accounting and Audit educational programs. The event was dedicated to the Day of the National Currency – tenge and professional holidays of specialists in the field of finance, accounting and auditing.
The Olympiad aims to identify, support, and encourage students with strong analytical skills, creative thinking and deep knowledge in the fields of modern finance, accounting and auditing, digital technologies, and financial security.
The competition consisted of two stages.
At the first stage, 29 teams from universities in Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan registered to participate. Teams were given mini-case assignments and asked to present a creative and well-reasoned answer to the question: “One innovation that will change the financial world in 10 years.”
The jury included leaders of the state agencies, industry professionals and faculty members of the Higher School.
Based on jury evaluation, the winners were awarded first, second, and third degrees diplomas signed by the rector of Turan University, Doctor of Economics, and Professor R.A. Alshanov.
