A Guest Lecture with the Participation of the Almaty City Police Department and the Almaly District Police Department Was Held at the Higher School of Law of Turan University

A guest lecture titled “Within the Framework of the ‘Law and Order’ Concept: Liability for Offering Illegal Remuneration to Law Enforcement Officers in Higher Educational Institutions” was held at the Higher School of Law of Turan University.

The speakers of the event were representatives of the Almaty City Police Department and the Almaly District Police Department. The lecture was moderated by A.Ә. Kadirbay, Deputy Director of the Higher School of Law.

During the meeting with students, the participants discussed issues of legal liability for offering illegal remuneration, the specifics of the activities of internal affairs bodies, career prospects in law enforcement agencies, as well as current challenges in combating cybercrime and the illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs. The lecture enabled students to deepen their knowledge in the fields of criminal and administrative liability, legal ethics, and the modern challenges facing the law enforcement system. It also contributed to the development of legal awareness and an anti-corruption culture among students.
