Turan University alumnus Askar Umarov awarded the medal of Parasat

Askar Umarov, a graduate of Turan University, has been awarded a state medal— the medal of Parasat.

On the occasion of the adoption of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a number of public figures were honored with state awards for their significant contribution to the country’s political, social, and economic development, as well as for their active public service. On the instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the state awards were presented by State Adviser Erlan Karin.

Among those honored was Askar Umarov, Director of the Central Communications Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who was awarded the medalof Parasat.

Askar Umarov is an alumnus of Turan University. He graduated from the university with a degree in International Economic Relations.

Turan University congratulates Askar Umarov on this high state award and wishes him continued career success, new professional achievements, and fruitful service for the benefit of the country.
