Back to the Future

A jubilee report dance concert titled “Back to the Future,” dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the creative organization Turan’s Trumps, was held at the university

The concert became a vibrant cultural event that brought together students, faculty, and guests of the university. The evening’s program was built around the concept of “time travel,” allowing the audience to immerse themselves in the organization’s history and revisit some of its most memorable performances from different years.

As part of the event, an extensive concert program was presented, featuring a variety of dance styles and original choreographic pieces. Special attention was given to the creative script: the opening was accompanied by an atmospheric performance that revealed the theme of time travel and created the effect of a large-scale show. Representatives of nine previous generations of the organization also took the stage, presenting their original numbers. The host of the concert, a former participant and co-founder of Turan’s Trumps, added a special sense of warmth and sincerity to the event.

In addition to the concert program, the evening included interactive activities for the audience. The hosts organized lotteries, dance battles, and Kahoot games, encouraging guests to actively participate. Winners received special prizes from sponsors, including the Korean skincare store Addee.kz, the multi-brand store Mix.Price, and the jewelry and accessories store Aya Jewellery.kz. At the beginning of the event, guests were welcomed by a photo booth, where everyone could take memorable pictures and capture the bright moments of the evening.

The concert was not only a showcase of the group’s creative achievements but also a platform for developing student engagement, teamwork, and leadership skills. Other university organizations also performed on stage, including the dance group “Shisai” and the music associations “MuzLab” and “711.” In addition, guest teams from other universities “Grow-up” (Narxoz) and “ADC” (AUES) participated, giving the event an interuniversity scale.

At the end of the evening, former members of the organization were presented with commemorative gifts personalized pins featuring the group’s logo. Pleasant surprises were also prepared for university guests and representatives of other organizations. The highlight of the celebration was the ceremonial presentation of a festive cake in honor of the organization’s 10th anniversary.

The “Back to the Future” concert made a significant contribution to the cultural life of the university. The event demonstrated a high level of organization, the creative potential of students, and their aspiration to create vibrant projects that unite the university community. The anniversary concert brought many positive emotions to the audience and became an important event, highlighting the importance of supporting student initiatives and fostering a creative environment.
