International Scientific and Practical Conference “Legal Science and Practice in the context of modern challenges”

On November 25, 2021, Associate Professor of the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law of Turan University, Candidate of Law Gulnaz Tursunovna Alayeva took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Legal Science and Practice in the context of modern challenges” dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Faculty of Law of the National Research Nizhny Novgorod State University named after N.I. Lobachevsky, a university with which the department successfully partnered with the programs of double diplomas of postgraduate education.

Associate Professor of the Department G.T. Alayeva cordially congratulated the partner university on the significant anniversary date and made a report on the topic “Current problems of appointment of forensic examination in the criminal process of Kazakhstan”, which aroused keen interest and scientific discussion of participants on the issues of forensic examination of Kazakhstan and Russia.
