Congratulations to the participants of the International online olympiad among students of the educational program “Finance” “Finance: vector of the future”

The Department of Finance of Turan University held a number of significant events as part of the celebration of the National Currency Day, on the eve of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A significant event was the International Online Olympiad “Finance: Vector of the Future”, which was held from November 20 to 26, 2021. The purpose of the Olympiad was to develop students’ interest in future professional activities, deepen students’ knowledge in the field of finance, as well as increase students’ financial literacy and form a new form of thinking.

The Olympiad was attended by students of Tajik State University of Finance and Economics, Belarusian State University, North Caucasus Federal University (Stavropol), Volgograd State University, Narkhoz University, Kaz NU named after Al-Farabi, Caspian University, Taraz State University named after M.H. Dulati, NAO “Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov.

The result of the Olympiad was the protection of students’ projects online. Dina Ibragimovna Razakova, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development, Science and Innovation, PhD, member of the Science Council of the N. Nazarbayev Foundation, addressed the participants of the Olympiad with a welcoming speech.

According to the results of two rounds of the Olympiad, Marina Sharpilo, a 4th-year student of the specialty “Finance and Credit” of the Belarusian State University, was awarded a diploma of the 1st degree (scientific supervisor, Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor S.N. Kostyukova).

Diplomas of the 2nd degree were awarded to 4th-year students of the specialty “Finance” Atabayeva Leila, Kuzenyatkina Valeria, Margaryan Tsovinar of the NAO “Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov (PhD supervisor Kenzhegalieva Z.Zh.), students of the specialty “Finance and Banking” of the University of Narkhoz Beyimbetova Aigerim, Kayrzhanova Aliya, Asylkhan Dinara (supervisor M.E., Kazbekova K.)

Diplomas of the 3rd degree were awarded to a 4th-year student of the specialty “International Management, MEO” of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics Karimzoda Karim Hakim, a 3rd-year student of the North Caucasus Federal University of the Institute of Economics and Management Anastasia Markova (Supervisor PhD, Associate Professor Zolotova E.A.), students of the Caspian University Amanbek Margulan, Ergali Anel, Abrahim Rauiya (supervisor PhD, Professor Gumar N.A.).

The winners of the Olympiad were 2nd year students of Narkhoz University Kayrat Dildar, Madiyarbek Elzhan, Zhaksylyk Nur-Tore (scientific supervisor, Doctor of Economics, Professor Abdullayeva B.A.

The winners of the Grand Prix award were students of the 2nd and 4th courses of the specialty “Finance” of the M.H. Dulati Bestaveva Taraz State University Aybarsha, Torehan Ermakhan, Bekmuratova Sholpan (scientific supervisor, Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor Muratova D.).
