Master class on bar business for students and teachers of the department «Tourism and service»

On March 14, 2022, students of the 2nd and 3rd courses of the educational program “Restaurant business and hotel business” and teachers of the department Demeuova B.M., Ospanova A.K., Musaev M.A., Burkitbai A.Zh., Fayzullina G.Sh. were invited by Ecober to a master class on bar business from Andrey Kolesnikov.

Professional bartender Andrey Kolesnikov at the counter told about the types of cocktails, about the purpose of various “bar stuff”, cheerfully and jokingly shared the history of cocktails, by the example of which he showed the methods of preparation and mixing. The bartender showed students and teachers four main methods of making cocktails and their variations: “build”, “shake”, “stir” and layered shot. He told about the secrets of observing the sequence of adding drinks to a cocktail, about the compatibility and incompatibility of ingredients.
