III International Scientific and Practical conference in the form of a teleconference of young scientists “Modern problems of proof and evidence in court proceedings”, dedicated to the memory of A.F. Aubakirov

On March 25, 2022, the III International Scientific and Practical Conference in the form of a teleconference of young scientists “Modern problems of proof and evidence in court proceedings” was held, dedicated to the memory of A.F. Aubakirov.

The conference was organized by the Student scientific club at the Law Research Institute of the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law and was held in the Kazakhstan-Russia teleconference mode.

The conference was attended by students of 50 Kazakh and Russian universities in the specialties “Jurisprudence”, “International Law”, “Psychology”.

1. The Republic of Kazakhstan:

– Turan University, Almaty;

– International Educational Corporation, Almaty.

2. Russian Federation:

– State Humanitarian and Technical University of Orekhovo-Zuyevo;

– North Caucasus Branch of the Russian State University of Justice, Krasnodar;

– Institute of Entrepreneur Protection, Rostov.

The reports were heard at the Plenary session and two sections in Kazakh and Russian and were devoted to the essential problems of the modern period of world development:

– improvement of the main categories of proof theory;

– improvement of the principles of judicial proceedings in the field of evidentiary law;

– problems of using special knowledge in the process of proving;

– digitalization of the proof process in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings.
