A graduate of Turan University headed the jury of the international film festival in Nepal

Kazakhstani Diana Ashimova headed the jury of the short and documentary film competition of the Nepal International Film Festival, which was held from March 31 to April 4 in Nepal.

“Diana Ashimova is an experienced program director with a successful track record in the cinema and film industry. She has experience in filmmaking, promotion, programming and public speaking. She graduated from the Master’s degree program of the Academy of Cinema and Television of Turan University and is currently the artistic director of the International Festival of Student and Debut Cinema in Bastau,” the festival’s website says.
