BiblioART: Watching a movie with a director. “История одной старушки” by Alexei Gorlov

The “Turan” library together with  Turan Film Academy within the framework of the BiblioART project invites everyone to watch the feature film “The Story of an Old Woman”, directed by Alexei Gorlov.

The movie screening will take place on April 16 at 14:00 at Dostyk Avenue 110 – Cinema Hall named after. Satybaldy Narymbetov.

“The Story of an Old Woman” is a full-length feature film shot in one frame. This technique creates a “presence effect”, – the author of the picture notes.

The film was released in 2014, but it is relevant at all times. This is a life film about family relationships, happiness and sorrow and the fact that the main thing is to remain human under any circumstances.

After watching the film, there will be a discussion with director Alexei Gorlov.
