Master class on the topic “Prospects for the growth of civil servants”

For students of the educational program “State and Local Management”, a master class on the topic “Prospects for the growth of civil servants” was held by Davov Yerlan Iskandarovich, First Deputy Chairman of the Amanat party branch in the Zhetysu district of Almaty. During the meeting, Yerlan Iskandarovich told the students about the orientation towards the goals and objectives of state bodies, high expectations in the form of professionalism, responsibility and efficiency in the performance of duties by civil servants and high rates of personnel rotation in conditions of instability.
