Meeting of senators of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the active teaching staff of the university “Turan”

On May 30, 2022 at 11.00 o’clock, a meeting of senators of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhumagulov B.T., Nuketaeva D.Zh., Makezhanova S.A. with the active teaching staff of the University “Turan” on the clarification of constitutional reforms took place.

The meeting was attended by S.V. Kankurov, secretary of the Maslikhat of Almaty, Sh.A. Shardinov, deputy of the Maslikhat of Almaty, university management, teaching staff, university staff. The total number of participants is 85 people.

The meeting was held at the Turan University in an offline format. At the meeting, the deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan explained the proposed amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, noted the importance of participation in the referendum, since the constitutional reform affects all spheres of citizens’ lives.

Deputy Nuketaeva Dinara Zhusupalievna spoke about the directions of internationalization in the field of higher education in Kazakhstan, about planning the introduction of specialists in vocational guidance in schools. The senators answered the questions of the university staff about the reduction of the retirement age among women, about the problems in the field of education in connection with the pandemic period.
