A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Foundation for Research, Development and Education of Local Government Projects (YAGEV) and Turan University

On June 18, 2022, a memorandum of understanding was signed in Istanbul between the Foundation for Research, Development and Education of Local Government Projects (YAGEV) and Turan University.

The intention of signing the memorandum is the opening of the Turan International Academy in Istanbul.

The purpose of the creation of the International Academy of Turan is to study and form a common concept on the history and culture of the Turkic peoples.
