Guest lecture of the Department “Jurisprudence and International Law”

On October 22, 2022, a leadership lecture on the topic “Modern realities of the electoral process of the Republic of Kazakhstan and clarification of amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan” will be held at the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law.

Doctor of Law, Professor Ermek Bayakhmetovich Abdrasulov will act as a lecturer. Qualification “Lawyer”, specialty “Jurisprudence”.

• Has a license for the right to provide lawyer services, No. 0000180 dated November 27, 1998, a license for the right to engage in notarial activities, No. 0000832 dated October 18, 2000.
• Academician of the Academy of Legal Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2005).
• Head of the Department for the study of the judicial system, the Department of Strategic Development and Analysis of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2008-2011);
• Advisor to the Judge of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Community, Advisor to the Judge of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union (01.2012-03.2015);
• Director of the Interdepartmental Research Institute of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies (23.11.2015-25.02.2016);
• Vice-rector for educational and methodological work of the Mangystau Humanitarian and Technical University (27.06.2016-29.08.2017);
• Director of the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Judges and Employees of the Judicial System of the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (11.2017-2019)

The format is free, students, undergraduates, doctoral students and anyone interested in protecting human rights are invited. A lecture will be given during which questions will be asked to the lecturer.
