Guest lecture by Gulnara Zhunusova for students of the educational program «Restaurant business and hotel business»

On 11.11.2022, a guest lecture was given by Gulnara Temirzhanovna Zhunusova, a lecturer with rich managerial practical experience in the hotel business. Students of the educational program «Restaurant business and hotel business» of the 1st and 3rd courses (teachers of the department «Tourism and Service» – Beken A.N. and Serik M.A.) were interested in life success stories, stories about the intercultural interaction of hotel staff and guests. The meeting was held at a high motivational level for students who are determined to develop a career in the hospitality industry.
