Guest lecture by Anastasia Khazovskaya for students of the 4th year of the educational program «Restaurant business and hotel business»

15.11.2022 expert in the field of management organization and service system of restaurant and hotel business Khazovskaya A.V. held a guest lecture for students of the 4th year of RDIGB on the management of catering and accommodation enterprises.

The meeting discussed how the geopolitical situation in the world and the disruption of logistics links affected the cost of food at catering establishments and, consequently, the final profit of establishments. The students were interested to find out what the problems of doing business in Kazakhstan and abroad are. Many other relevant topics were also interesting, according to a practitioner with 16 years of experience.
