III place at the XI Interuniversity Tourism Olympiad for the Cup «ZhasTour» for the team «Turanovskie Barsy»

On April 28-29, the XI Interuniversity Tourism Olympiad was held among university students studying in the direction of «Tourism» for the Cup «ZhasTour». The team of the University «Turan» (students Alisa Komarova, Alexander Belousov, Tolganai Dauletkhan, Aқnur Abduakhat, Yernur Berdimurat; leader – Uvarova A.E., assistant lecturer of the department «Tourism and Service») was among 9 teams from other educational establishments in Kazakhstan. In addition to Almaty universities, students from Pavlodar and Shymkent took part in the competition. According to the results of the first day of friendly competitions, «Turanovskie Barsy» took the second place, and according to the results of the second day – the eighth, having received the third place in the final.

The panel of judges, represented by teachers of Al-Farabi KazNU Artemyev A.M. and Shesternina V.A. wished all participants to approach the preparations more responsibly in the future, and also noted the enthusiasm of our students and their love for the mountains.
