The research project of the Professor of Turan University Ablet K. Kamalov was supported by the National Scientific Council of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan

By the decision of the National Scientific Council (NSC) of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the research project “Migration Factor in Kazakh-Chinese relations” under supervision of Professor of Turan University, Doctor of Sciences (History) received funding for the period 2023-2025. The research will be conducted at the Center for Regional Studies at the Chair of Regional Studies and International Relations. The purpose of the study to be carried out by a group of scholars and specialists in international relations is to examine the history and current state of Chinese migration to Kazakhstan and its impact on bilateral relations. As part of the project, it is planned to hold an international conference “The Future of the Eurasian Migration System” (2023).
