V International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the memory of Professor A.F. Aubakirova

On March 29, 2024, the V International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists “Transformation of Modern Law under the Influence of the Technological Process” was held, dedicated to the memory of Professor A.F. Aubakirov, organized by the Research Institute of Law and the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law in the mode of an international video bridge.

At the conference, 26 reports by students and undergraduates of the Turan University were heard and discussed; Almaty branch of the St. Petersburg Humanitarian University of Trade Unions; Grodno State University named after Yanka Kupala (Republic of Belarus); State Humanitarian and Technological University of Orekhovo-Zuevo (Russian Federation), Don State Technical University, Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation).

Scientific reports present innovative approaches to improve the law enforcement practice of the countries participating in the conference. The discussion was sparked by problematic issues about new objects of civil legal relations, conflict of laws issues of legal regulation of bank secrecy, assessment of electronic voting, application of the method of physiognomic analysis in criminal proceedings, etc.

The results of the scientific and practical conference of young scientists showed the keen interest of young people in modern problems in the field of jurisprudence during the period of scientific and technological progress and the effectiveness of international cooperation.
