Guest lecture on the topic “Responsibility for violation of labor laws”

On April 24, 2024, senior lecturer of the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law of Turan University M. Abaevna held a guest lecture on the subject of Labor Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic “Responsibility for violation of labor legislation”. As a special guest, the chief specialist of the Labor Relations Control Department of the Almaty Labor Inspection Department, the State labor Inspector, was invited.

According to Abayula Narul, it is necessary to start work only after signing an employment contract. If an employment contract is not concluded after employment, then the violation of the labor rights of such a person cannot be confirmed and protected by any state body or court.
