Congratulations to the winner of the 1st round of the International Financial Security Olympiad 2024 Seishonlo Leila!

Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring, Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Karaganda University named after. E.A. Buketova, University “Turan”, Academy of Financial Monitoring “AML ACADEMY” held a qualifying round for the International Olympiad on Financial Security 2024.

The main goal of the Olympiad is to increase the financial literacy of young people, gain knowledge of modern trends, as well as the ability to withstand risks and threats in the financial sector.

From May 13 to May 20, 2024, 2 stages of the qualifying round were held. 48 bachelors and master’s students from universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the first stage of the qualifying round (testing). In the second stage, participants worked on writing an essay.

Based on the results of the qualifying round, 10 winning participants were determined according to the results of the first and second rounds.

The winners will represent the Republic of Kazakhstan at the final stage of the Olympiad from September 30 to October 4, 2024 in the Russian Federation (Krasnodar region, federal territory “Sirius”).

Seishonlo Leila Seishonlo, a 3rd year student of the “Finance” program at Turan University, is among the winners!
