Training in the skills of a tour guide from Zhongxin Travel Group Company

On 06.12.24 and 09.12.24, the skills of a tour guide were trained by Zhenglei, the head of the Chinese company Zhongxin Travel Group. The specialist’s company shared its experience in tourism and talked about the key aspects of the guide’s work that help to conduct excursions in an exciting, informative and trouble-free way.

As part of the arrangement, the basic principles of conducting excursion programs were considered, including route planning, Ways to communicate with tourists, group management and providing comfortable conditions for guests. Zhang Lei also stressed the importance of cultural awareness and knowledge of local traditions, so that the guide could give the participants excursions not only in fact, but also in the unique atmosphere of the region.

These classes became a valuable contribution to the training of future professionals in the field of tourism and helped students of the OP “Tourism”, “Restaurant business and hotel business” to develop self-confidence and expand their horizons in this profession.
