Students of the “Tourism” educational program at the opening of the exhibition dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War

On February 26, 2025, first-year students of the “Tourism” educational program and teachers of the Higher School of Tourism and Hospitality, A.A. Ergeshov and A.V. Velichko, attended the exhibition “The History of Victory: Each Picture – One Fate”, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The exhibition features photographs and documents of front-line soldiers, military awards, a fragment of a brick from the Brest Fortress wall, personal decorations of pilot-gunner, Junior Sergeant Bakhturaz Beisekbayev, as well as photo documents from the personal archives of T. Bigeldinov, S.D. Lugansky, M. Gabdullin, S. Nurmagambetov, A. Khusainov, T. Kaumbaev, and other heroes.

Additionally, as part of the event, the “Gift to the Museum” campaign was held, allowing visitors to donate historically significant items belonging to World War II veterans and home front workers to the museum’s collection.
