Career Guidance Work at the Higher School of Information Technology in Taldykorgan

On February 25, 2025, the Higher School of Information Technology (IT) conducted career guidance activities in schools and colleges in Taldykorgan.

Career guidance is an important function of higher education institutions aimed at attracting prospective students and informing them about professional development opportunities.

Associate Professor Kim Ye.R. and Senior Lecturer Bimoldina Zh.A., along with the Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee Kuandykova G.K., the Agitka Team student group, and representatives of other higher schools of Turan University, visited schools in Taldykorgan and Taldykorgan Polytechnic College.

Faculty members and students engaged with schoolchildren and college students, providing information about the university’s infrastructure, admission requirements, scholarships and discounts, as well as the Grant Project competition. Each representative also introduced their respective educational programs available at the bachelor’s and master’s levels.

The students actively asked questions and received detailed responses from representatives of the higher schools, the marketing department, and the admissions committee.
