Applications are now open for the Academic Mobility Program for the fall semester of the 2025–2026 academic year under the grant from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education!

Based on the  41 of the Rules for Sending Students Abroad, including under the framework of academic mobility, approved by Order No. 613 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 19, 2008, and based on Protocol No. 1 of the Commission Meeting on Determining the Number of Places in Higher and/or Postgraduate Education Institutions dated February 28, 2025,Turan University has been allocated 3 (three) educational grants for the Fall semester of the 2025–2026 academic year to study in European countries. Within the framework of this grant, students will have the opportunity to study for one semester at leading universities in Europe.

 

 

The academic mobility grant covers the following expenses:

 

  • Airfare;
  • Accommodation (in a dormitory or rental apartment);
  • Visa fees;
  • Medical insurance;
  • Tuition fees.

 

 

Eligibility criteria:

 

  • High academic performance;
  • GPA of at least 3.0;
  • Enrollment under the state educational grant;
  • Proficiency in English (IELTS minimum 5.5 or TOEFL minimum 46);
  • Academic recommendation letter.

 

 

Required documents:

 

  • Citizen of Kazakhstan application form;
  • Academic transcript with GPA;
  • Language proficiency certificate;
  • Motivation letter;
  • Recommendation letters from instructors;
  • Enrollment certificate (available at office 305).

 

Application deadline: April 11.

 

Final selection: April 14, 2025.
