Trip of “Tourism” Program Students to the Museums of Almaty Region in Celebration of Nauryz

On March 30, 2025, first-year students of the “Tourism” educational program at the Higher School of Tourism and Hospitality took an educational trip to the museums of the Almaty region, dedicated to the celebration of Nauryz.

As part of the excursion, they visited the “Anağa Qurmet” Museum and the Historical and Local History Museum of the Karasay District in the city of Kaskelen. These museums serve as important cultural centers of the region, where students learned about the history, traditions, and outstanding figures of Kazakhstan.

Such trips contribute to fostering patriotism, strengthening interest in the country’s cultural heritage, and developing professional competencies for future specialists in the tourism industry.

The event was organized by lecturers of the Higher School of Tourism and Hospitality, A.A. Eregshov and A.V. Velichko. Their initiative and commitment to enhancing the educational process help students gain not only theoretical knowledge but also valuable practical experience.
