On March 27-28, 2025, the II International Scientific and Practical Conference of Students, Master’s Degree Students, Doctoral Students and Young Scientists «InnoTech Connect: Connecting Ideas and Technologies» was held at the Higher School of Information Technologies.
The conference created a platform for the exchange of knowledge and ideas among students, master’s degree students, doctoral students and young scientists in the field of information technology and artificial intelligence, with the aim of stimulating creative thinking and developing innovative approaches to solving current problems.
The conference was opened by Candidate of Economic Sciences, PhD, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development, Science and Innovation of the University «Turan» Razakova Dina Ibragimovna and Master of Technical Sciences, Director of the Higher School of Information Technologies Mambetov Saken Tolegenuly.
Teachers and scientists of educational and scientific fields, developers and entrepreneurs of IT companies spoke at the plenary session of the conference. In their presentations, the speakers touched upon current topics of digitalization and artificial intelligence, namely: the use of AI in learning, first experience in IT, database design for GNSS monitoring, knowledge management and digitalization risks. The speakers shared practical recommendations and experiences that are useful for both beginners and professionals.
In addition to students from Turan University, undergraduates and students from educational institutions in Kazakhstan, Russia, Azerbaijan, Italy, South Korea and Hong Kong also took part in the conference.
All participants of the conference who spoke offline received certificates of participants, and the best reports were awarded with diplomas of I, II and III degrees and prizes.
The moderator of the conference was Ekaterina Romanovna Kim, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor at the Higher School of Information Technology.
