Collaborative discussion: legal analysis of certain types of forensic examination in the Republic of Kazakhstan

On March 27, 2025, at Turan University, the Higher School of Law, together with Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, organized a collaborative discussion on the topic “Legal analysis of the appointment of certain types of forensic expertise in the Republic of Kazakhstan.” The organizer is senior lecturer of the Higher School of Law Urkimbai S.Sh. During the discussion, the students comprehensively considered various aspects of forensic examination, issues of its appointment and legal regulation. This format of cooperation contributes to the improvement of the professional competence of future lawyers and the exchange of experience.
